The main challenge of interviews, is knowing how to sift through the noise to find the the most compelling gems of information. Then, it’s about taking those nuggets of wisdom, and crafting them together into a story that resonates with the audience. It’s definitely a skill that takes practice and being able to do so for ZEISS was an honor and a privilege.
